80g oats (or glutenfree oats)
1 tbsp energy mix powder
1 tbsp maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
250-300ml plantbased milk oder water
fruits/toppings of choice
Heat the water or the plantbased milk. Add oats, energy mix and syrup an wait for the oats to swell up. For an even
creamier constistence you can add 1 tbsp protein mix as well.
