150g flour (e.g. buckwheat or anything else)
50g Protein mix powder
pinch of vanilla
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp baking powder
250-300 ml plantbased milk

Simply mix all the ingredients to a smoother mass (stay flexible with the amount of ‘milk’ – just use as much as you need
to have a and wait some minutes. Then fry each pancake from both sides for roundabout 2-3 minutes. You can make 3-4
pancakes at the same time in one pan and hold it warm at 100°C in the oven.
